Bill grew up 15 minutes from where the church is. He remembers clearly the night he accepted Christ as his Savior at age 8. Bill began Bible college after graduating from a local Christian high school, but left college after one year to return home and work in construction. In 1993, after years of building homes, getting married, becoming a father, and serving in the local church, Bill returned to his first calling and again attended Bible college.
In 1997, Bill became the pastor of his home church in Scarborough Maine. For the next 8 years He was bi-vocational; pastoring the church and building homes.
In 2005, the church joined Harvest Bible Fellowship and formally became Harvest Bible Chapel.
In March of 2011, Harvest Bible Chapel Scarborough moved to more central location on the Portland/Westbrook city line.
Bill has a passion to preach and teach the Word of God and a desire to see revival in the hearts of the people in the Portland Metro area. Bill enjoys riding his motorcycle, hunting, and NASCAR. He and His wife Melissa have 4 children; Ethan (married to Laura), Sara, Isaac, and Abby.
